Radiohead and ‘In Rainbows’ Download Policy

Radiohead and ‘In Rainbows’ Download Policy

They turned the music sales model on its head, but indie rockers Radiohead won’t be repeating their decision to let fans choose what to pay for their downloads, front-man Thom Yorke told The Hollywood Reporter.
“I think it was a one-off response to a particular situation,”

Yorke said of the band’s downloading policy for the album ‘In Rainbows‘.

“It was one of those things where we were in the position of everyone asking us what we were going to do,” he said. “I don’t think it would have the same significance now anyway, if we chose to give something away again. It …read more

Ambassador21 and ‘Justified Thirst For Blood’ !!

Following after their harsh and merciless album ‘Fuck All $y$tem$‘ a new release from Ambassador21 has tracks which were released between 2002 and 2007 and two songs that were recorded live in Paris and Florence during the Fuck All Systems Tour 2007.
The new album release, ‘Justified Thirst For Blood‘ has a unique voice and style that is described and comprised of a grinding wall of sound, coupled together with massive distorted beats, pulse pounding heavy breaks, ear-gasmic sharp guitar riffs and, of course, Ambassadors21’s trademark: ferocious duel of vocals plus hard-as-nails lyrics fused together with uncompromising heavy electronics.

Fans, Readers, And For The Artists

Fans, Readers, And For The Artists

I’ve been getting quite a few demo albums from readers of Industrial Addiction, and I’ve never been as floored as I have been in these past few months than I can recollect.
The art and musical talent I have come across from many a indie band is astounding. The sheer massive amount of passion and musical prowess is uncomphrendable to not only the beginning listener of an indie band or industrial music for that matter, but also from artist to artist. I am deeply humbled with just the thought of these artists getting in touch with me and giving me …read more
