It stands for "Emotional Hardcore". Also, if a band isn't able to be in a category, then how would you classify a band? Furthermore, how can a band NOT be classified? Even indie bands are classified due to the very nature of how the human brain works in conversation and the need to keep things organized. If MSI was a complete joke and didn't take anything seriously, then I highly doubt they would have been able to make a demo that allowed them to get signed. MSI is very hard to categorize and yes, they can possibly be put into a category of all their own, but so can Emilie Autumn, however, I still stand by my statement that MSI is not industrial. As far as seeing the show, I'd rather spend my money on GWAR. Thanks for the forethought Jenn :).
